So I was reading up on Malaysia, specifically Penang, since I will be moving here in the summer for work. While I know you should take the Internet with a pinch of salt, I've noticed a lot of posts, reports, and stats that seem to suggest Malaysia /Penang has a big issue with crime. (this wasn't something I had previously thought.) so I thought I'd come on here and ask what you guys think?
